3. Turnaround Time: 

Project delivery timelines begin after all required content and materials are submitted by the client.

4. Revisions: 

Each client is entitled to two rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may attract an extra service charge.

5. Ownership: 

Upon full payment, all website files, design assets, and domain credentials become the property of the client.

6. Content Responsibility: 

Clients must provide accurate and lawful content for use on their website. Justin Digital Marketing Agency is not responsible for any copyrighted or false materials submitted.

7. Technical Support: 

We provide 1-year free admin support for basic updates. Technical or hosting issues outside this scope may be billed separately.

8. Termination Clause: 

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work done up to the termination point remains non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability: 

Justin Digital Marketing Agency is not liable for losses arising from third-party hosting downtime, security breaches, or domain issues beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect service updates or compliance changes.
